Introduce temporary work around suggested by John Baines which enables to retrieve FTK vertices.

The code was tested on John Baines data, posted on ATR-17017, see /afs/cern.ch/work/e/enagy/public/FTK/testFTK
and it also successfully passed the test q221, see /afs/cern.ch/work/e/enagy/public/FTK/run221.
