Add support for the FlavorPureXXXX variations, where XXXX is Quark, Gluon, Charm or Bottom, as opposed to the usual FlavorQCD which assumes a specific flavour mixture.

Depending on the jet parton flavour, the uncertainties are applied or kept to the nominal pt. No uncertainty is therefore applied for jets with an undefined (=0) parton flavour.

I will increase the package version to 0.2.0 once this is merged, you can still use 0.1.0 if you do not want this.
