Add/change initialization for profiling and minos uncertainties

Use of the Hessian for finding initial point to minimize for the minos uncertainties lead to bad starting points. Starting from the best fit is better.

Also, change constraint for minos minimization from equality to inequality (i.e. the inequality is satisfied at the best fit).
