Some bug fixes for systematics and genTtbbPlotter

• Fix bug when creating QCD scale envelope
• Fix bugs in genTtbbplotter -> @umolinat perhaps you had already fixed those
• genTtbbplotter: make sure it only runs on ttbar samples (marked with is_signal in the samples_template.yml, thanks @kcormier for the suggestion). requires updating bamboo
