new Skimmer variables
Added the new skimmer variables to keep. Everything seems to run properly but I wanted confirmation that these are the variables we want to keep.
get_bTagSF_itFit changed in definitions because the original version didn't work with the current setup. I don't think the removed elements are necessary elsewhere but they can be put back if necessary
