OKD: Use templates in processing request

  • Fix for the border in item detail mapping (chains for algorithm etc) table
  • Allow TemplateWrapper to accept an array of parameters (setParams function)
  • Use templates for postprocessing script
  • Introduce templates in ProcessingRequest view. There are three main views: unvalidated, validated and submit. Each contains subtemplates for cost and rates results, on success/failure
