Add json file for comparable cost columns and fix algorithms for chain table

• fix algorithm list for a chain (not all algorithms were included)
• add cost-comparison-columns.json file to keep list of all columns for comparison for summaries
• retrieve information about comparable cost summaries, columns and indexes from the json file
• pass the compared columns' indexes via GET request
