add the track finder based on the seeds from TrackerSPFit

make a SPSimpleTrackFinderTool to loop over all the seeds (triplets+doublets) from TrackerSPFit, calculate the initial track parameter, prepare the sourcelinks and measurements for ACTS::KF.
