MuonRec_myTopOptions.py is to be used in ART test. ART test jobs will run on
grid, so the input files need to distribute on grid. This MR is to modify the
hardcoded input file name, so that it can be configurated in ART test scripts.

ART platform has changed the treatment of test scripts without art-include
stat. Initially, they will run on all branches. Now, they will not run on
any branches.

So in this commit, three art-include lines are added into each ART test
script of MooPerformace, to specify the required branches.
