Module locator (Sept24v2) and irot fixes

Changed the position and irot of the beam test module locator (modulelocator_Sep2024v2.txt) so that they match the correct positioning from back then.

Also changed the rotateshape method in the Harvester to have the correct offset of -90° instead of 150° according to the configurations back in the day knowing that there was a beam in Run1727035822, which now it reproduces correctly the setup as the image shows.
