Remove cc7 images from coffeateam and add limited wildcard tags for coffeateam images

Per conversation with @oshadura, we'd like to have a larger collection of images available in cvmfs. We'd also like new images following the tag pattern described in this commit to automatically populate in cvmfs.

This commit also removes cc7 and coffea-base/coffea-dask images, since these are not released anymore.
