Added REVISION argument in LCGPackage_Add(). Each time the build recipe changes without changing the version we need probably to increase the REVISION by one.
Added the REVISION in the generated  .buildinfo.txt file.  Removed the suffix _pythonXX for packages such as Boost, pytools,QMtest,...
