Page navigation should fade out

Page navigation is quite annoying in tablets and mobile phones. It overlaps with the text making it difficult to read it sometimes. It should appear only when you start scrolling in order to show you where you are within the page and fade out once the scrolling stops.

Closed as part of a systematic review of old, open issues. As Drupal 8 is no longer supported, open issues should be directed to the corresponding Drupal 9 version. Kindly note, however, that many issues reported on Drupal 8 repositories have been addressed as part of the migration to Drupal 9.
