view-row class on Display formats is lost if overriden

Summary

With the current implementation, if the display format has a view-row class set and is overriden by the user, it gets lost. Change the implementation to have a static one.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view that uses the DF
Override the view-row
Open again the settings
