Fix cache and profile page

This MR changes:

• Now the block created by the module is cached by user, before it was cached globally so other users could see other user names there
• Changed the profiles website to phonebook.cern.ch
• Updated configuration form text and options to the new needs
• Cleanup of unused config variables
