Menu should become burger in small resolutions only when menu items exceed a specific amount of letters

Summary

In the current implementation, the menu becomes burger menu when width < 1300 px. Change the implementation so that the menu will become burger when menu items exceed a specific amount of letters.

Measure which amount of letters should enforce that.
