Table caption displays now as table=caption

Fixes #50 (closed) / Fixed all appearances of table caption displaying as block in theme.scss

Includes generated sourcemaps and also a .gitignore file for SASS temporary compile dirs and IDE-related files.

For some reason it also includes a change on the version to 2.7.0-dev but I checked and this is actually the current status in the dev branch...
