Refactor messaging to comply with IT Messaging service (Change from RabbitMQ to ActiveMQ).
URL loading from Web Services API. Refactor Authentication.
Added Tika locally (Added openjdk installation to the Dockerfile).
Remove database filter due to inconsistencies. Duplicate filter done through an in memory set.
Configuration updates (Disable auto-throttle, parametrize depth limit, etc.).
Consolidate OpenShift template.
Consolidate documentation.
Add licensing.
Various bug fixes.
