Enable Web Application Firewall (WAF) on apache server on WebEOS

This MR includes:

  • the configuration of ModSecurity which will be mounted to the apache server: the configuration has been modified based on the default configuration

To add OWASP CRS the following docs has been followed: https://coreruleset.org/docs/deployment/install/
