Skip vhost folder checks in readiness probe

While investigating WAF impact on config load time in https://gitlab.cern.ch/webservices/webframeworks-planning/-/issues/1449#note_8667709 I found that we're needlessly checking vhost root folders on EOS. This can take several seconds and make the probe time out.
