The Test Beam and Cosmics simulation configuration unit tests both
rely on Generators code which is not part of the AthSimulation project.

The `ATLFASTII` simulator configuration is not supported in the
AthSimulation project, so this test has been suppressed for the
AthSimulation project and a new test which tests the `FullG4`
configuration has been added. This test will run for all projects.

The global import of `FastChain_Flags` in the `ISF_SimulationSelectorsConfig`
