Add internal folder and .htaccess file

Part of the solution for: https://gitlab.cern.ch/wordpress/infra-planning/-/issues/46

Note: This is not required for the issue referenced, but it is a nice to have, it adds a folder in which content will not be served by default. (Thanks to the .htaccess file).
