Image updates: Add fluentform-pdf, update CERN theme and install missing languages

After meetings with the CERN Community we recognise the need to add a tool for converting entries on webforms to pdf file.

Following the analysis here we are adding https://wordpress.org/plugins/fluentforms-pdf/#developers

Additionally:

• install missing languages
• update CERN Theme
