Fully analytical linearised coherent beam beam kick

Changes done in BeamBeam.py and Makefile to adapt to the newest force calculation in cohf_full_analytical.c. Previous semi-analytical model removed. The new calculation is much faster (linear computational cost instead of cubic). All forces are fully tested against theory, Xsuite and fully numerical estimations.
