Changes for running the ROH test on the hybridtesting GUI

Some changes for the running of the test from the hybridtesting GUI.

[src/PSROHTest]

  • Changes to allow the selection of a specific USB device if there are multiple test cards connected.
  • Messages sent to the GUI during the test run for updating the progress bar, status, etc.

[tools/PSROHTester]

  • I modified the function FastCommandScope to check if the scoped lines are correct and to return/store the status. This probably should be moved to another function.
