Add first Continuous Integration

Simon Spannagel requested to merge simonspa/HGCAL_sensor_analysis:develop into develop

This MR adds a continuous integration with the following items:

  • Building HexPlot on three different platforms (SLC6 CentOS7, Mac OSX)
  • Building Hexplot with two different compilers (GCC, Clang)
  • Building the doxygen reference

The build artifact (=outcome) of the latter can be downloaded from the pipeline page of the repository for every build.
