Add new geometry (sensors with 8inch 192ch)

Add new geometry file describing the new 198 channels 8 inch sensors:

  • The geometry is produced automatically using the flag Hex8in198ch in utils/create_regular_geofile.py (calibration cells are also included).
  • Test capacitors and guard ring are included by hand.

Update all geometry test files.

Result: geometry_198ch_8inch.pdf
