Add png logo and update doxygen

Erica Brondolin requested to merge ericabro/HGCAL_sensor_analysis:AddLogo_UpdateDoxygen into develop
  • Updating doxygen documentation with new logo and including private members
  • The HexPlot logo will be now shown in the geo plot in the upper left corner. This is valid only for png and ps output files - if the output file is a pdf the user will see the following known Warning:
Warning in <TASImage::Paint>: PDF not implemented yet
