Fix voltage binning in PADs and including VAL log scale flag

  • Fix voltage binning in PADs: up to now the binning was equidistant, now it uses a TGraph, so the binning is more correct
  • Including VAL log scale flag both for PAD, FLAT and GEO plotting options
