[v25r0] fix for environment with init script

Andre Sailer requested to merge sailer/ILCDIRAC:ddsimFixes into Rel-v25r0

Append to the existing LD_LIBRARY_PATH. The existing one comes from the init script. If there is no init script we just have a colon in front.
