Introduce GeoModelFuncSnippets - Vol I
Chopping up !246 (merged) into smaller pieces. This MR introduces the pieces of GeoModelFuncSnippets that are not relying on the changes in !244 (merged). I.e. the introduction of the Euler angles, sign swap etc.
