[SIGMON-141] Adapt notebooks to CI

Context

What was done

• FPA notebooks use the data from the 'search module' only if parameters weren't injected
• is_automatic variable used instead of fgc_pm_search.is_automatic_mode()

• AN_RB_PLI2.f1 - clarify

QA

• code was not unit tested, because these are notebooks
