Promote Polyhedron to Surface base class

It promotes and introduced the Polyhedron representation to the SurfaceBase class and introduced tests for this in

  • UnitTests/Core/Surfaces
  • UnitTests/Core/Geometry (for volume bound classes)

For both containers, the naming of BlaBlaTests and BlaBlaTest is synchronised.
