Draft: Implementation of TauJet-to-Jet converter

Description

This is a new MR following an abandoned one (!774 (closed)). The goal is to be able to dump TauJet information to H5 using the TDD directly. This should be compared to the pipeline using THOR + conversion tools.

The idea here is slightly different from what already done matching PFlow jets to TauJets and copying info over from one to the other. This way we should be able to perform GN3 trainings using exactly the same inputs used by the Tau CP group for GNTau, including e.g. different jet building, PV definition, track association, etc. Hopefully this will help FTag and Tau CP groups to understand more precisely the differences and commonalities in their approaches.

Current status and what is missing

In this first import, TauJets are translated to Jets and tracks are copied over. There is some extra content missing, and in particular:

• specific TauJet info (engineered features possibly used by GNTau)
• specific TauTrack info (e.g. the TJVA variables)
• calo clusters
