ci: fix pages job failing due to not having tree

Stephan Lachnit requested to merge slachnit/allpix-squared-website:p-fix-no-tree into test

Follow-up for !29 (merged), the pages image does not have the tree command and the job didn't run because it was on a different branch. Let's remove the tree command and just go with with a simple true.

Do not merge yet, will test the deploy job manually.
