CorryvreckanWriter: coordinate transformations to corry system

When writing MCParticles to corry files, transform coordinates to corry system (origin at the matrix center). Before, it used to happen in corry::AnalysisTelescopeModule while reading these data, now we are doing this on the Allpix side.
