• Fixed logic for telling torque and (Sun) Grid Engine appart

Details

Univa Grid Engine is essentially a fork from SGE which we already support. The only relevant differences I could spot so far are cluster specific (since NAF@DESY doesn't use SGE anymore we might simply adjust things to make users happy who currently use UGE. So far nothing really changed apart from the bugfix mentioned above
