Update variable descriptions

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/update-var-docs into r22
  • Remove "all" vars page, just keep pflow and trackjet pages
  • Adding information about default variable values.
  • Replacing variable lists with tables.
  • Add truth variable descriptions
  • Use the output of EMPFlowAll.json to populate the pflow variables list. We now have a bunch of tagger score entries, rank these at the bottom and use a boilerplate description
  • Fix some problems with "//" in links introduced in !264 (merged)
