Update configs, bump releases

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/add-variables into r22
  • add scalarSumTrackPt closing #67 (closed)
  • add TRT hits
  • remove IP2D_Signed_d0
  • add numberOfPixelHitsInclDead numberOfSCTHitsInclDead for #97 (closed)
  • rename tracks_loose -> tracks in default configs (since we now call these the "default" selection).
  • removing the ip3d track block from the VR jet config in favour of the r22default
  • add support for dumping ints saved on the BTagging object and remove ints_as_float -> int_variables
