Draft: Multimodule QC-tools

This MR will implement the option to run QC-tools in parallel over several modules. The general idea is that the user will supply multiple connectivity files, like -m1 20UPGR92101012/20UPGR92101012_L2_warm.json -m2 20UPGR92101012/20UPGR92101012_L2_warm.json, and for each module there will be a corresponding power_supply, high_voltage, multimeter, and ntc block in the hardware config file. This MR builds off of developments in calibADC3 (where option to use calibrated ADC was added). I will rebase to main once !123 (merged) is merged.
