VLQB Rel. 21 -fixing failed JOs (DSIDs 525353-525356)

Description of bug

4 DSIDs failed in the production for #ATLMCPROD-10761 because of a low 'SAFE_FACTOR' used.

Changes introduced

Added fixed JOs and Control File provided by requester @kuday Removed the buggy ones.

Tests

Set-up tested by the requester to have no issues.
