600059 ZH->Z (ll) + H (y+Graviton) fixing another bug in JO

The JOs for DSID 600059 requires too many input files, leading issues as discussed in ATLMCPROD-8460.

This MR reduces inputFilesPerJob and nEventsPerJob accordingly.
