Restored FFU_FM_EMU_T (only bit 16) register, it was used in the FMEMU code, for a reason that is not completely clear to me.

BUSY was sent at a constant '1' with EOP in FMEMU bit 28, causing OOB trailers to appear, moved the actual FE BUSY to bit 28 of the EOP dword.
Removed some unused FMEMU bitfields from rm-4.10

Enabled ECR and BCR from TTC E-Link, also enabled Xoff and TTC E-Link selection from register map. See FLX-1248

Added register to enable FMEMU BUSY. Make sure L1A counter does not underflow or overflow in TTC mode
Added ILA on received GBT frame in FMEMU

 * Disable the internal emulators by default
 * Make sure the FELIX_MROD groups have a different name (Also applies to rm-4.10)
 * Rename PCIE_ENDPOINTS into NUMBER_OF_PCIE_ENDPOINTS

Merged master code (Wupper, CR and housekeeping related) and new versions for CRFM_felixmrod and related.
