DCT BMBO FW and SL FW changes
DCT BMBO firmware: Added logic to read and write configuration registers (logic to send cofig reg content to SL has been commented out since it leads to a small violations; it can be reintroduced after some logic optimization for occupancy reduction).
SL firmware: general cleaning of code and improvement of code readability.
