Debuggin session outcome 30.06.2022
- comment out forbidden item logic
- rename itemNameByCtpid map to be not confusing: ctpIdToItemNameMap
- add start script with HLT patch
- remove duplicate validation function
- add class to handle IS reading
- replace ctpids and itemnames lists with items that were updated with one (+ add converter for lists from ids to names)
- add pretty print to the GSON and prevent the scientific notation
