Changed ISController. Resolution fit is now in the default command line and minFitRes and minFitWidth are set to their default values of 20 and 30 respectively

Added minFitRes and minFitWidth as command line options to specify the lower fit range of the resolution fit and corrected width pol0 fit respectively. Also, displays statistics boxes of the two fits, changed the observed uncorrected width to blue from black, and changed Y axis upper range to 100 microns
