Making alias panel output show JIRA-formatted table as well as twiki-formatted table
as stated in the title - this changes only the alias panel output text window, such that one can toggle between a twiki-formatted table and a jira-formatted table.
passes all the tests.
code suggestions/improvements/comments definitely welcome, this is my first foray into TriggerTooling.
