Enable logging for (un)subscribe requests on server side

To understand the reason for oscillation in ADHI-4578 it would be extremely useful to know subscriptions timing as it happens on is_server side. This trivial commit changes logging level for some messages from DEBUG to LOG, I do not think this will result in too many messages.

Serguei, it would be helpful to have this tagged and patched at P1 (in /sw/extras area if you prefer to back it up later).
