et hypo - remove references to vbenf chains 

python/ChainLabelParser.py
	allow for multiple trees when printing the parse result
python/NodeSplitterVisitor.py
	remove reference to vbenf chains
python/TrigJetHypoToolConfig.py
	replace vbenf chain test with a fbdjnoshared test
python/chainDict2jetLabel.py
	remove handling of the vbenf scenario
python/testChainDictMaker.py
	remove test of a vbenf chain
python/test_cases.py
	remove many obsolete jet label strings
