WIP: start implementing a ftag validation variables menu as json file. 

- Add a new method in the PhysValUtils that can read the json file.
- Add a member to the PhysvalBTag class holding the information.
- Missing:
. registering the json file as data
. propagating the information to the initializeHistograms function of the BTaggingValidationPlots class
